When you request an estimate, call, or text us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the surface and project, and any photos you upload. We also record basic technical and marketing details that come with your request, such as the page you submitted from and campaign parameters in the link you used.
How We Use It
We use your information to prepare your estimate, evaluate the pavement, schedule and complete the work, follow up about your project, and keep records of jobs we have performed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by unrelated companies.
Text Message Consent
If you check the text message box or text us first, you agree that we may reply by SMS about your estimate and scheduling. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for assistance.
Sharing and Retention
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example our website hosting and form storage provider — and when required by law. Photos you upload are stored privately and are not published. We keep estimate and job records for as long as needed to service your property and meet business and tax requirements, then delete them.
Your Choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call or text us and we will take care of it.
