Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on the surface conditions, measurements, and access we observe at your property. An estimate is valid for 30 days. If the scope changes — for example additional cracking, repairs, or square footage discovered once the surface is cleaned — we will review the change with you and confirm the price before continuing.
Scheduling and Weather
Sealcoating requires dry pavement and mild, dry weather. We may reschedule your appointment when rain or temperatures could affect the finish, and we will contact you as soon as we know. Rescheduling for weather carries no additional charge.
Site Preparation and Access
Before we arrive, please move all vehicles off the surface, clear objects such as toys, planters, and hoses, turn off sprinklers near the pavement, and keep pets and children indoors during the work. Please keep vehicles and foot traffic off the surface until we confirm it is ready — cure time depends on temperature, humidity, and sun.
Scope of Work
Sealcoating is a protective coating, not a structural repair. It will not correct base failure, drainage problems, or existing settling, and older surfaces may still show patched areas or hairline cracking after application. We will tell you before the work begins what results you can reasonably expect.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash and check; ask us about other options when you book.
Promotional Offers
The 10% off your next sealcoating service applies to one sealcoating service at a single property, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be mentioned when you request your estimate. We may end or change the promotion at any time; offers already applied to a signed estimate are honored.
